Returns and Refunds Policy
Products:
Art of Insight adheres to the Australian Consumer Protection laws and its internal policy regarding returns and refunds. We offer refunds exclusively for digital products; services and time reservations are not eligible for refunds. Should you need to return a digital product, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase. The decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of Art of Insight. If your issue cannot be resolved or we are unable to assist you further, we will issue a refund upon receiving your timely request, provided it pertains to digital products bought within 30 days prior to the refund request. Refunds will be processed without delay using the original payment method.
Services:
In the event that a session or event is cancelled or rescheduled prior to its commencement for any reason, we may provide full or partial refunds. Direct communication will be made by Art Of Insight in such instances. Please note, Art Of Insight bears no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of an event. Service fees will be refunded in accordance with the specific service terms provided to you at the time of booking.
